We sell digital embroidery design files for Embroidery Machines. All designs are digital downloads, We don't sell physical embroidery products.

Yes! Feel to use the stitched design how you like. Just keep the design files that you downloaded from the website to yourself.

You'll get the machine file and a color sheet for color suggestions. Check the description of the product, the machine files may vary from one design to another because of machine limitations. 

Yes! But it's not recommended. Usually, when resizing a design, the stitch count won't change. So if you enlarge a small design it will still have the same amount of stitches and may look too thin or light with fabric showing. And making a design smaller than the original may lead to thread breaks and a very hard design. 

But it depends! You may get lucky and get a perfect resized file.

Just click buy and after the payment is confirmed you'll be able to download the file. You'll also receive an email with the same file. In the future we'll be adding more sizes for each design, you'll receive an updated file with the new sizes. (no extra cost)

The sheets are just a color suggestion, you can use what thread and color you like best. 

You can use the Thread Converter from "Embroidery Nerd" choose the threads of the PDF and convert to the brands that you use

You can test using other fabric and maybe an extra layer of backing. We usually stitch with two layers of tearaway. If you are still having problems, contact us via Contact form or Facebook Page
